HUSKY Enrollment and Spending In Context

Is HUSKY enrollment "out of control"?

Not really. The program is working as it should - enrollment is up when the economy is in recession and the number of families without insurance increases. But the increases are relatively modest.

Is HUSKY spending "out of control"?

Again, not really. There have been increases, but not unlike the overall state budget and far less than other areas of the budget.
